Terms
What we agree on when you order a PrioSense. Short and without fine print.
1. Who we are

2. Price and payment
A PrioSense costs €399, including VAT and shipping within the Netherlands.
- When you order, you pay a 50% deposit: €199.50. This goes through Stripe, with iDEAL, credit card or Apple Pay.
- As soon as your PrioSense is ready to ship, you receive a payment request by email for the other €199.50. We ship once that is paid.
3. Delivery
We deliver within 2 weeks of your order, to an address in the Netherlands. If you pay the payment request more than 3 days late, delivery moves by the same number of days.
If we cannot deliver on time, we tell you right away. You may then cancel free of charge and get everything you paid back within 14 days.
4. Cancelling and cooling-off period
- Before shipping you can always cancel. Send us an email and you get your full deposit back within 14 days.
- After delivery you have a 14-day cooling-off period. Let us know within those 14 days (an email is enough, or use the form below) and return PrioSense within 14 days after that.
- We refund everything, including the original shipping costs, within 14 days of hearing from you. We may wait until we have the device back. Return shipping is at your expense.
- Handle the device with care during the cooling-off period. Feel free to try it, as you would in a shop. If it is damaged or incomplete, we may deduct that from the refund.
5. Warranty
You have the statutory warranty: PrioSense must do what you can reasonably expect of it. If something is wrong, email us and we fix it by repair, replacement or a refund.
PrioSense is an extra alert, not a replacement for paying attention. You remain responsible for how you drive and for making way for emergency services.
6. Privacy
For your order we use your name, address, email address and, if given, your phone number. Only to deliver and to stay in touch with you. We do not sell or share this data.
- Payments go through Stripe. We never see your payment details. Stripe processes them under its own privacy policy.
- We keep order records for 7 years, as Dutch tax law requires.
- You can always view, correct or (after those 7 years) delete your data. Just email us.
- This website uses no cookies and no tracking. Stripe's payment page does use its own cookies, which are needed to pay.
7. Questions or complaints
Email info@priosense.nl. We reply within 3 working days and resolve complaints within 14 days. These terms are governed by Dutch law.
Withdrawal form
Only fill in and email this if you want to withdraw from your purchase within the cooling-off period.
